Great quality, very practical modern design and the best solution for small adult male in terms of maintaining dignity.
I bought these for my son with autism who constantly got into his diaper and made messes. These were the only thing that stopped it! (mostly). He doesn't get into his diaper very much anymore, but now that he is older and still not potty trained, it's nice to have these so his diaper isn't showing or hanging out of his pants. He also doesn't know to pull his pants up throughout the day, so these also keep his diaper up and on him when his pants get low. Overall, these are just great for keeping things where they should be for older kids who still need a bodysuit. The fabric is also more durable and longer lasting than other brands of special needs bodysuits that I have tried. I am so thankful for this company and this product!
My 4-year son has cognitive delays and part of that means he is not toilet trained, swimming has previously been a difficult and stressful time because of it.
These swim pants have completely changed our swimming experience, it has given him his dignity back and allowed him to feel like just like everyone else.

Helps keeps my son from moving his nappy and making a mess! Looks good as a shirt when you add shorts or pants.. or perfect for added warmth in cooler weather and easy to slip shirts or jumpers over the top too!
Same use and purpose as the longer sleeve onesies but better for the hot days. My son loves it.
I’m so greatful for the wonsie’s, I ordered them for my elderly mum that has dementia. It has been such a great help for me knowing that she stays clean & dry all night & Julie was very helpful in assisting me with the order. Thk you so much we love the wonsie’s
I admit that I doubled their capabilities with urine n;but I was wrong and am doing hydrotherapy now.

These worked well to keep my son (with severe autism) from undressing at night and removing his diaper until he was about 9. He did manage to still grab his diaper through the fabric at one point, rip the side open and pull it out through the leg (and then wet his bed pretty badly) but I can see no way that could have been prevented by the design. I had to duct tape the diaper for a while, not to his skin of course, just a strip around near the top so he couldn’t rip it open at night. He stopped doing it after a while though and I no longer need to do that. When he learned how to pull it open I eventually figured out to turn it inside out and now he’s 10 and he still can’t open them when I put them on him inside out and the snaps are closed inside!
Love it. I'll take six more. I wish the shipping was faster, but the world is what it is.
Love love love these, I bought two and use them in place of PJ's at night time to guard against smearing accidents. Super comfy, well made and i would certainly buy again

Absolutely so happy .. will buy again and again . Well made , fit is great and does exactly what we needed for our little girl to avoid unfortunate smearing ! We bought two of the mid Sleeve short leg zip up the back and there brilliant can’t rave enough
This onsie has been a life saver for us. My son is with autism starting stripping & removing happy constantly & this has been the perfect solution for him to keep it all on & also calms him & makes him feel secure.
