Winter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • This giveaway is open to residents of Australia only.
   • Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to enter.
   • Employees of Wonsie and Snuggly Bags by Ellie, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
     
     

2. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must follow @Wonsie_Australia and @SnugglyBagsbyEllie on Instagram and/or Facebook.
   • Like the giveaway post.
   • Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag counts as an additional entry).
   • Optional: Share the post to your story for a bonus entry.
     
     

3. Competition Period:

   • The giveaway starts on 14th April 2025 and ends on 24th May 2025 at 5pm AEST.
   • Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
     
     

4. Winner Selection & Announcement:

   • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   • The winner will be contacted and announced on 31st May 2025 via our Facebook Instagram story and post.
   • The winner must respond within 2 days to claim their prize, or another winner may be selected.
     
     

5. Prize Details:

   • The winner will receive two (2) Wonsie full jumpsuit back zip bodysuits  and one (1) Adaptive Sleeping Bag or Adaptive Leg Suit 1.5tog (specific styles/sizes subject to availability).
   • The prize is not exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
     
     

6. Shipping & Delivery:

   • The prize will be shipped free of charge to an address within Australia.
   • Wonsie and Snuggly Bags by Ellie are not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged items during transit.
     
     

7. Scam Warning
   
   The promoter will never ask for personal details, payment, or direct messaging before the winner is officially announced. Beware of any accounts attempting to contact you before the announcement.
   
   

8. General Conditions:

   • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and Facebook.
   • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
