How do I get a copy of my invoice?
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link to download your itemised invoice.

Can I exchange sizes?
Yes, we are happy to exchange sizes if the fit isn’t quite right. To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be in ‘as new’ condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached—within 60 days of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@wonsie.com.au with your order number, and we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are exchanging for a garment of higher value, contact us to arrange a refund for the original item, and then place a new order for the correct item.

I am an NDIS participant. How do I place an order using my funding?
Visit our NDIS page for full details on how to place an order using your NDIS funding. We can create an invoice so you can claim this via a Plan Manager or request us to claim it via our Provider Portal if you are Agency Managed. If you are self-managing your NDIS funds, you can simply place an order directly on our website and download the invoice from the order confirmation email for reimbursement.

Can you customise your designs to suit specific needs?
Due to high demand, our garments are produced in bulk, and we are unable to modify designs or fastenings.

I’m a customer outside of Australia. Can I checkout in my own currency?
Yes, you are now able to view the prices of our items and checkout in major currencies.

Why does the garment I received look different from the one shown on the model?
Our bodysuits may appear different when off the body due to their unique cut and fit. For example, the short leg shape is not as visible when viewed as a flat garment, but it becomes clear when worn. We encourage you to try the garment on the intended customer to see the proper fit in action.
