SHIPPING
PLEASE NOTE: Although we are still dispatching orders daily, all local and international shipping partners are experiencing delivery delays due to overwhelming demand, restricted flights and social distancing issues due to COVID-19, which are issues outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any delays.
Please note that Australia Post is not currently guaranteeing next day delivery for express post services, however, these are still being prioritised through the network.
We deliver worldwide from our premises in Sydney, Australia.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - We offer $9.95 Flat rate standard shipping within Australia (usually 2-7 business days). If you require your Wonsie's sooner, we also offer Express Post delivery (usually 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post delivery area)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For our overseas customers, we offer a Standard International Tracked Service (usually 10-12 business days) and International Courier Express (usually 3-8 business days).
All prices are based on Australia Post rates which is calculated on the weight of your parcel.
Please note that these delivery times are indicative only and we are not responsible for postal delays outside of our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES
Products in the Wonsie range are classified as a medical aid and do not attract Goods and Services TAX (GST) within Australia and all export orders are also GST exempt.
Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars. Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
On very rare occasions, parcels can be held up in Customs entering your country, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks if this occurs.
I AM A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA, WHY DOES THE PRICE LOOK DIFFERENT ON MY LOCAL STATEMENT THAN THE PRICE FROM YOUR INVOICE?
As we are based in Australia, our final prices at checkout are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD). For example, if you are in the US or the UK, your price may appear to look less on your local bank statement, but this is due to your stronger currency. If you would like to view the prices in your local currency, just choose your currency on the top right side of the homepage, but please note that the final price at checkout will always be in Australian dollars.
CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?
We are happy to exchange garments if you feel that the size isn't quite right. All garments must be in 'as new' condition - unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and within 60 days from date of purchase.
All you need to do is contact us at info@wonsie.com.au to let us know and we will provide you the details to send it back to us for a size exchange.
The cost of return postage to our premises is the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that prices may vary between the small and larger sizes and we will send you a Paypal request if there are any additional costs.
Every garment is examined before despatch but in the rare event that you need to return a garment due to a manufacturing fault, please contact info@wonsie.com.au and we would be happy to arrange a replacement if the garment has not been used for an excessive amount of time.
I AM AN NDIS PARTICIPANT, HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER USING MY FUNDING?
WHY DOES THE GARMENT I RECEIVED LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE GARMENT ON THE MODEL?
Our Wonsies look very different when worn than it does off the body, but please be assured that this is the same item shown on our product pages. Off the body, the short leg shape is hidden when viewed as a flat garment, but the crotch area lifts up to form short legs due to the unique fit and cut of the garment. We encourage you to try it on the intended customer to see for yourself!
