We deliver worldwide from our premises in Sydney, Australia. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 business days.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - We offer $5 Flat rate standard shipping within Australia (usually 2-7 business days). If you require your Wonsie's sooner, we also offer Express Post delivery (usually 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post delivery area)
If your order consists of a small, single item we will send this this via standard untracked mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For our overseas customers, we offer a Standard International Tracked Service (usually 10-12 business days) and International Courier Express (usually 3-8 business days).
Please note that these delivery times are indicative only and we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen postal delays. Postage times are generally slower at peak times of the year, extreme poor weather and will also depend on the speed of your local country's postal service.
All prices are based on Australia Post rates.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES
Any additional duties or taxes which may be applicable to your purchase when entering your country, is the responsibility of the buyer.
On very rare occasions, parcels can be held up in Customs entering your country, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks if this occurs. Unfortunately postal delays are out of our control but we will do our best to follow-up any outstanding deliveries.
I AM A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA, WHY DOES THE PRICE LOOK DIFFERENT ON MY LOCAL STATEMENT THAN THE PRICE FROM YOUR INVOICE?
As we are based in Australia, our final prices at checkout are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD). For example, if you are in the US or the UK, your price may appear to look less on your local bank statement, but this is due to your stronger currency. If you would like to view the prices in your local currency, just choose your currency on the top right side of the homepage, but please note that the final price at checkout will always be in Australian dollars.
CAN I EXCHANGE SIZES?
We are happy to exchange garments if you feel that the size isn't quite right.All garments must be in 'as new' condition - unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and within 60 days from date of purchase.
All you need to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org let us know and we will provide you the details to send it back to us for a size exchange.
The cost of return postage to our premises is the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that prices may vary between the small and larger sizes and we will send you a Paypal request if there are any additional costs.
Every garment is examined before despatch but in the rare event that you need to return a garment due to a manufacturing fault, please contact email@example.com and we would be happy to arrange a replacement if the garment has not been used for an excessive amount of time.
WHY DOES THE GARMENT I RECEIVED LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE GARMENT ON THE MODEL?
Our Wonsies look very different when worn than it does off the body, but please be assured that this is the same item shown on our product pages. Off the body, the short leg shape is hidden when viewed as a flat garment, but the crotch area lifts up to form short legs due to the unique fit and cut of the garment. We encourage you to try it on the intended customer to see for yourself!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal is the easiest and preferred way to pay, but if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay via credit card or your bank account in the checkout option at the end. If you are an Australian resident and prefer to pay via bank deposit please email us and we will help arrange this for you.
If you would like us to provide you with a quote or invoice for payment we'd be more than happy to arrange this for you. Orders are only despatched after payment is received.
Although you can select to view the prices in your own currency on the website, the price at checkout is quoted in Australian dollars due to the payment process.
