Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, and we deliver worldwide. Below are the details of our shipping services and policies:
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information which will contain a link to your invoice.
Australian Orders
- Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate (2-8 business days).
- Express Post: Delivery usually within 1-2 business days if within the Express Post delivery network.
Please note: Australia Post no longer guarantees next-day delivery for Express Post, but these parcels are prioritised within their system. Any delays after dispatch are outside our control.
International Orders
We offer two international shipping options:
- Standard International Tracked Delivery: Typically 10-12 business days.
- International Courier Express: Typically 3-7 business days.
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on Australia Post charges and the weight of the parcel.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs policies differ between countries, and international orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country. We are unable to mark orders as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country’s policies.
Note: Occasionally, parcels may be delayed by customs, so please allow extra time if this occurs.
VAT Exemption
Our products are VAT-exempt, as they are designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. For international customers, you can use this tracking number with your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) for more detailed updates.
Unclaimed / Undelivered Items
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are unable to recall or modify an address once a parcel has been dispatched. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address.
We encourage you to track your parcel during its journey to ensure safe delivery. If your parcel is unclaimed or returned due to an undeliverable address (e.g., incorrect details), we will notify you via email. If the parcel is returned in good condition, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs. To re-purchase the item, you will need to place a new order through our website.
