All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We deliver both domestically and internationally. Please review the information below for details on our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and return conditions.


Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details and a link to download your invoice.


Australian Orders

Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate (estimated delivery 2–8 business days).
Express Post: Usually 1–2 business days within the Australia Post Express network.

Please note: While Express Post is prioritised, next-day delivery is no longer guaranteed by Australia Post. Any delays after dispatch are outside our control.


International Orders

We offer two delivery options for international customers:

  • Standard International Tracked Delivery: Estimated 10–14 business days

  • International Express: Estimated 4–8 business days

Shipping fees are calculated based on Australia Post international rates and parcel weight.


Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which vary by destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that we are unable to mark packages as gifts to bypass customs regulations.


🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

All US shipping prices are shown as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means garment prices already include the required reciprocal tariff, so no additional fees will be charged on delivery — everything is covered upfront at checkout.

US Orders and Refunds

Wonsie garment prices for US customers include the required import tariff. In the event of a refund, the tariff portion of the price is non-refundable, as it is collected by the US government and cannot be returned.
The remaining garment value will be refunded in accordance with our usual refund policy.


Tracking & Delivery Delays

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

For international orders, tracking can also be continued through your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post) using the same tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control once an order has left our premises.


Unclaimed / Undelivered Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Monitor your tracking details regularly to ensure you are available to receive your parcel or collect it promptly if required.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, Wonsie is not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after successful delivery. To help ensure safe receipt, please provide a secure delivery address or consider using a parcel locker where possible.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us promptly at sales@wonsie.com.au to check if changes can be made before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify addresses or redirect parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect address provided, we will notify you via email.
A refund will be issued for the item(s) only, provided they are undamaged.
Shipping costs and tariffs are non-refundable.

To receive the item again, please place a new order through our website.
