SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
We deliver worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - We offer $9.95 flat rate standard shipping within Australia (usually 2-8 days). We also offer Express Post delivery (usually 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post delivery area)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We offer Standard International tracked delivery (usually 10-12 business days) and International Courier Express (usually 3-7 business days). Prices are based on Australia Post charges.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES - On occasion, parcels can be held up in Customs entering your country, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks if this occurs. Unfortunately postal delays are out of our control but we will do our best to follow-up any outstanding deliveries. Please be aware that any Duties or Taxes which may be applicable to your purchase when entering your country, is the responsibility of the buyer. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
