All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
We deliver worldwide. (- UK customers, please see special note below regarding VAT)

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - We offer $9.95 flat rate standard shipping within Australia (usually 2-8 days). We also offer Express Post delivery (usually 1-2 business days if you are within the Express Post delivery area)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We offer Standard International tracked delivery (usually 10-12 business days) and International Courier Express (usually 3-7 business days). Prices are based on Australia Post charges.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXESProducts in the Wonsie range are classified as a medical aid and do not attract Goods and Services TAX (GST) within Australia and all export orders are also GST exempt.

Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars. Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

On occasion, parcels can be held up in Customs entering your country, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks if this occurs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
