Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We deliver both domestically and internationally. Please review the information below for our current shipping practices and policies.
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a link to download your invoice once your order has been sent.
Australian Orders
- Standard Shipping: $10.95 flat rate (estimated delivery: 2–8 business days).
- Express Post: Usually 1–2 business days within the Australia Post Express network.
Please Note: While Express Post is prioritised, next-day delivery is no longer guaranteed by Australia Post. Any delays after dispatch are outside our control.
International Orders
We offer two delivery options for international customers:
- Standard International Tracked Delivery: 10–14 business days (estimated).
- International Express: 4–8 business days (estimated).
Shipping fees are calculated based on Australia Post’s international rates and parcel weight.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which vary by destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark packages as gifts to bypass customs charges.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any updates, as additional charges could apply upon arrival.
GST Exemption
The majority of our products are GST exempt, as they are designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. For international deliveries, you can use your tracking number with your local postal service for more detailed updates.
Unclaimed / Undelivered Items
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order.
If you need to make changes, contact us promptly at sales@wonsie.com.au to check whether updates can be made prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify address details or redirect parcels.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be refunded for the product value only (excluding shipping), provided the items are received in good condition. A new order will need to be placed if you wish to repurchase.
