We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wonsie purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to assist you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at sales@wonsie.com.au with your order details. We'll provide you with the necessary return instructions and our preferred return address.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  • The garment has not been altered or damaged while in your possession.

  • The original swing tag and packaging are intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

If you'd like to exchange for an item of higher value, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Shipping Costs & Tariffs on Returns (except US)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Wonsie will cover the shipping cost for sending exchanged items back to you.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy for US Customers

Due to recent tariff changes affecting orders shipped to the United States, we can only offer refunds (no exchanges) for returned items.

If you would like a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Please note:

  • Tariff fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only, once the returned item has been received in its original condition.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must submit an EU Withdrawal Request using the withdrawal form available in the footer of our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).

Please note that our standard Returns & Exchange Policy and conditions outlined below apply to all EU withdrawal requests.

Returns & Exchanges for NDIS Orders

Orders placed via an NDIS invoice (agency-managed or self-managed) are eligible for exchange only. Refunds cannot be processed due to NDIS payment policies.

If your order was paid via a Plan Manager, a refund may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Faulty Items & Australian Consumer Law

If you believe the item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at sales@wonsie.com.au within 90 days of purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major product failure.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear beyond 3 months.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.

  • Items that have been altered, repaired, or tampered with.

To process your claim efficiently, please email us with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the fault.

  • A brief description of the issue.
