Wonsie is proud to be a registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This scheme is designed to help support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. 

    How to claim your NDIS funding from Wonsie

    Here are the steps to be taken if you wish to claim purchases from Wonsie using your Self, Agency or Plan Managed plans:

    1. Please read the SERVICE AGREEMENT which will outline our responsibility as an NDIS Provider and you as the Participant.
    2. Add all your items to your shopping cart and click on the 'Are you NDIS plan or agency managed?' green button, otherwise you can complete this NDIS ORDER FORM 

    We will process your order within 2 business days and email you with a copy of the invoice for your records. If you have not heard from us (or cc'd on an email to your Plan manager) within 48 hours after submitting your online form, please email us at info@wonsie.com.au immediately so we can check that we received your order.

    • If Wonsie is successful making the claim on your behalf via our Provider Portal, your order will be despatched as soon as NDIS funding has been received ( usually within 2-3 business days.)
    • If you require an invoice sent to your Plan manager or Agency, your order will be despatched as soon as full payment has been received.



    If the Participant wishes to give Wonsie feedback or is not happy with the service provided, the Participant can contact Wonsie via email on info@wonsie.com.au

    If the Participant is not satisfied or does not want to talk to this person, the Participant can contact the National Disability Insurance Agency by calling 1800 800 110, visiting one of their offices in person, or visiting ndis.gov.au for further information.
