Order with NDIS Funding

We welcome Self-Managed, Plan-Managed and Agency-Managed NDIS participants. Follow the simple steps below to order your Wonsie products using NDIS funding.

How to Place an NDIS Order

Step 1 – Add Products to Your Cart

Choose your Wonsie products and add them to your shopping cart.

Step 2 – Select the NDIS Option

On the cart page, click the green button:

“YES – Are you NDIS Plan or Agency Managed?”

Step 3 – Complete the NDIS Order Form

Enter your details and submit the form. You'll receive an email confirmation with a copy of your submission.

Step 4 – Receive Your Invoice

We'll review your order and email an invoice to you and/or your Plan Manager, generally within 2 business days.

Step 5 – Payment & Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received or the applicable NDIS claim process has been successfully completed.

If you haven't received your invoice within 2 business days, please contact sales@wonsie.com.au.

Need an NDIS Quote?

Simply follow the ordering steps above and write “Quote Required” in the comments section of the NDIS Order Form.

We'll email your quote, generally within 2 business days. No payment is required at this stage. Once approved, we can convert your quote into an invoice.

Information for Your NDIS Plan Type

Self-Managed

Purchase directly through our website and use your receipt to claim reimbursement, or request an invoice through our NDIS Order Form.

Plan-Managed

We'll email your invoice directly to your Plan Manager and send you a copy. Your order will be dispatched once payment is received.

Agency-Managed (NDIA-Managed)

We'll submit eligible claims directly to the NDIS.

If you're on the newer PACE system, you may need to accept Wonsie as your My Provider before your claim can be processed.

We'll send you a My Provider relationship request if required. You can also contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to arrange endorsement.

Your order will be dispatched once your claim has been successfully processed and payment received.

What Can I Purchase with NDIS Funding?

Wonsie specialises in adaptive clothing and accessories designed to support people with disability, including personal care, continence management and everyday living.

Modified and adaptive clothing is included under Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety in the NDIS Supports List. Eligible products may be funded as Low Cost Assistive Technology or through applicable Core Supports funding, depending on your individual plan and disability-related needs.

All purchases are subject to NDIS funding requirements and available funding. Wonsie cannot guarantee claim approval.

If you're unsure about your eligibility, please check with your Plan Manager, Support Coordinator or the NDIS before ordering.
