Wonsie is proud to be a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS supports Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, along with their families and carers, by helping them live a better life.

The majority of our products fall under the categories of ‘Modified and Adaptive Clothing’ and ‘Products to Manage Incontinence’ as outlined in the 2024 NDIS Inclusion document (page 8) under Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety.

How to Make a Purchase Using NDIS Funding

You can purchase Wonsie products using your NDIS Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, or Agency-Managed plan. Here’s how:

  1. Review Our Service Agreement:
    This document outlines the responsibilities of both Wonsie as the NDIS Provider and you as the Participant.

  2. Add Products to Your Cart:
    Select your favorite Wonsie products and add them to your shopping cart.

  3. Choose NDIS Payment at Checkout:
    On the 'Your Shopping Cart' page (just before checkout), click the green button: YES – Are you NDIS plan or agency managed?

  4. Submit Your Form:
    Complete and submit the NDIS order form. You will receive an on-screen confirmation.

  5. Order Processing:
    Our team will process your order within 2 business days and email you a copy of the invoice. If you haven’t received an email (or if you’re not cc'd on the email to your Plan Manager) within 48 hours, please contact us at sales@wonsie.com.au to confirm that your order was received.

  6. Dispatch:
    Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Returns and Exchanges for NDIS Orders

Items purchased using Agency managed NDIS funding are eligible for exchange only, as we cannot reverse payments made from your NDIS budget.

Additional Information Based on Your Claim Method

  • Agency Managed:
    For agency-managed participants, orders are placed via our Provider Portal. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days once we receive NDIS funding. If you’ve transitioned to the PACE program, ensure Wonsie Pty Ltd (NDIS Provider #4050130800) is listed as an approved supplier to avoid payment delays.

  • Plan Managed:
    We will send an invoice to your Plan Manager and cc you on the email. Your order will be dispatched as soon as full payment is received (typically within 7-10 days).

  • Self-Managed (Direct Claims):
    You can request an invoice via the form on our site. However, the quickest option is to make a purchase directly on our website. After completing your order, download the invoice from the order confirmation email and use it to submit your claim to NDIS.
