How to claim your NDIS funding from Wonsie
Here are the steps to be taken if you wish to claim purchases from Wonsie using your self managed or agency managed plans:
Include an order form stating exactly what you wish to order. The best way to do this is to create a mock shopping cart from our website and submit a copy of this or you can download and complete this form Wonsie Purchase order form
Email the signed Service Agreement (if this is your 1st NDIS order)andyour completed order form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed via our system and NDIS portal.
NOTE TO SELF MANAGED OR AGENCY MANAGED CLIENTS Although we send you a copy of the invoice for your reference, you do not have to pay this as we will make the claim for the funds on your behalf. Orders will be sent within 2 business days.
NOTE TO PLAN MANAGED CLIENTS Please send us the details of your Plan Manager (name, contact number and email address) so we can forward the invoice to them directly. Orders will be despatched once payment has been received.
