Wonsie is proud to be a registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This scheme is designed to help support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
How to claim your NDIS funding from Wonsie
We've recently streamlined this process to make it easier for you to make a purchase using your NDIS funding. Here are the steps to be taken if you wish to claim purchases from Wonsie using your Self, Agency orPlan Managed plans:
Please read the SERVICE AGREEMENTwhich will outline our responsibility as an NDIS Provider and you as the Participant.
We will process your order within 2 business days and email you with a copy of the invoice for your records. If you are Plan Managed, your order will be despatched as soon as payment has been received.
If the Participant wishes to give Wonsie feedback or is not happy with the service provided, the Participant can contact Wonsie via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
If the Participant is not satisfied or does not want to talk to this person, the Participant can contact the National Disability Insurance Agency by calling 1800 800 110, visiting one of their offices in person, or visiting ndis.gov.au for further information.
