How to claim your NDIS funding from Wonsie
Here are the steps to be taken if you wish to claim purchases from Wonsie using your self managed or agency managed plans:
Include an order form stating exactly what you wish to order. The best way to do this is to create a mock shopping cart from our website and submit a copy of this or you can download and complete this form Wonsie Purchase order form
Email the signed Service Agreement (if this is your 1st NDIS order)andyour completed order form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed via our system and NDIS portal.
NOTE TO SELF MANAGED OR AGENCY MANAGED CLIENTS Although we send you a copy of the invoice for your reference, you do not have to pay this as we will make the claim for the funds on your behalf. Orders will be sent within 2 business days and we will advise you when your order has been despatched.
NOTE TO PLAN MANAGED CLIENTS Please send us the details of your Plan Manager (name, contact number and email address) so we can forward the invoice to them directly. Orders will be despatched once payment has been received.
Please note: Please add a $8 flat rate standard postage charge to your order. If you prefer Express postage, please let us know so we can quote you a price which will be based on the weight of your order.
If the participant wishes to give Wonsie feedback or is not happy with the service provided, the participant can contact Wonsie via email on email@example.com
If the participant is not satisfied or does not want to talk to this person, the participant can contact the National Disability Insurance Agency by calling 1800 800 110, visiting one of their offices in person, or visiting ndis.gov.au for further information.
