At Wonsie, we’re proud to support Australians living with disability, along with their families, carers, and support teams.

Wonsie products are specialised adaptive clothing and accessories designed to support personal care, continence management, safety, and daily living needs. Our products may fall under Low Cost Assistive Technology and assistive products for personal care and safety as outlined in the NDIS Supports List (Page 8).

We provide adaptive clothing solutions for children, teens, and adults with disability, sensory needs, continence support requirements, and everyday care needs, while promoting comfort, dignity, and practical daily living.

Our range includes adaptive bodysuits, secure back-zip clothing, adaptive swimwear, and continence-friendly garments designed to help reduce unwanted undressing and support easier day-to-day care routines.

NDIS Support Categories

Many Wonsie products may fall under the following NDIS support categories:

Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety

Including:

  • modified and adaptive clothing
  • adaptive bodysuits
  • specialised clothing supports

Consumables (Core Supports)

Including:

  • products that assist with continence management
  • adaptive clothing used to support everyday care needs

Eligibility for funding is determined by the NDIS and must align with the Participant’s individual plan goals and “reasonable and necessary” support criteria.

If you are unsure whether a product may be claimable under your plan, we recommend speaking with your:

  • Plan Manager
  • Support Coordinator
  • Local Area Coordinator (LAC)
  • NDIA representative

Wonsie Pty Ltd cannot guarantee NDIS funding approval.

How to Order Using NDIS Funding

We support:

  • Self-Managed participants
  • Plan-Managed participants
  • Agency-Managed (NDIA-Managed) participants

Ordering with NDIS funding is simple.

Step 1

Add your selected Wonsie products to your cart.

Step 2

On the cart page, click the green button:

“YES – Are you NDIS Plan or Agency Managed?”

Step 3

Complete and submit the NDIS Order Form.

You will receive:

  • confirmation that your form has been successfully submitted, and
  • a copy of your submission via email.

Step 4

We will review your order and email an invoice to you and/or your Plan Manager within 2 business days.

Step 5

Orders are generally dispatched once payment has been received, funding has been approved or claims have been successfully processed (depending on your plan type).

Additional Information by Plan Type

Agency-Managed (NDIA-Managed)

  • We submit claims through the NDIS Provider Portal (PRODA)
  • Orders are dispatched once claims have been successfully approved
  • Participants using the new PACE system may need to endorse/approve Wonsie Pty Ltd within their NDIS portal before we can process claims on their behalf

If you are unsure how to endorse a provider in PACE, please contact the NDIA or your support team for assistance.

Plan-Managed

  • We email invoices directly to your Plan Manager and copy you into the correspondence
  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been received from the Plan Manager

Self-Managed

  • You can place your order directly through our website and pay at checkout
  • You can then submit your invoice to the NDIS for reimbursement
  • Alternatively, you may request an invoice through our NDIS Order Form before payment
