Wonsie is proud to be a registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This scheme is designed to help support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. 

    How to make a purchase with NDIS funding.

    Here are the steps to be taken if you wish to claim purchases from Wonsie using your Self, Agency or Plan Managed plans:

    1. Please read the SERVICE AGREEMENT which will outline our responsibility as an NDIS Provider and you as the Participant.
    2. Create a shopping cart with all your favourite Wonsie products.
    3. When you reach the Your Shopping cart page (just before the checkout), click on the green YES - Are you NDIS plan or agency managed? button.
    4. Complete and submit the form - please note that you'll only receive an on-screen confirmation.
    5. Our team will process your order within 2 business days and email you with a copy of the invoice. If you have not heard from us (or cc'd on an email to your Plan manager) after 48 hours after submitting your online form, please email us at sales@wonsie.com.au so we can check that we received your order.
    6. We will be ready to dispatch your order as soon as payment is received. 

    Returns and exchanges from NDIS orders
    Items purchased via an NDIS invoice can only be offered an exchange as we cannot reverse refunds received from your NDIS budget.

    Additional information on your claim method

    This is dependant on how your plan is set up, so please check with your plan co-ordinator if you are unsure.

    • Provider Portal: Once we successfully process your order, it will be despatched as soon as NDIS funding has been received ( usually within 2 business days.) If you have transitioned to the PACE program, please ensure that Wonsie Pty Ltd (NDIS PROVIDER #4050130800) has been endorsed as an approved supplier prior to placing an order to ensure a quick and smooth payment.
    • Plan Manager: We will send the invoice to your Plan Manager and cc you on the email. Your order will be despatched as soon as full payment has been received (this normally takes up to 7 days)
    • Direct Claims: You can request an invoice via our form, but it is quicker and easier to purchase directly from our website and download the invoice from your order confirmation, which you can use to submit your claim.

    FEEDBACK, COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

    If the Participant wishes to give Wonsie feedback or is not happy with the service provided, the Participant can contact Wonsie via email on info@wonsie.com.au

    If the Participant is not satisfied or does not want to talk to this person, the Participant can contact the National Disability Insurance Agency by calling 1800 800 110, visiting one of their offices in person, or visiting ndis.gov.au for further information.
