How can I get a copy of my invoice?

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download your itemised invoice. If you cannot locate your invoice, please contact us at sales@wonsie.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

Can I exchange sizes?

Yes! If the size isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

To arrange an exchange:

• Email us at sales@wonsie.com.au with your order number
• We'll send you instructions for returning the item
• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility
• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, we may invoice you for the difference or provide a refund so you can place a new order, depending on the circumstances

How do I use my NDIS funding to order?

We proudly support NDIS participants.

Self-managed participants: Simply place your order online and use the invoice from your confirmation email to claim through your plan.

Plan-managed participants: We can provide an invoice for your Plan Manager to approve and pay prior to dispatch.

Agency-managed participants: We can claim directly through the NDIS Provider Portal once the required participant endorsement has been completed.

Can I customise a Wonsie to suit specific needs?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer customisations. Our garments are manufactured in bulk to meet demand, so we cannot alter designs, sizing, fabrics, fastenings, or garment features.

Will a Wonsie stop my child or loved one from undressing or accessing their nappy?

Our adaptive clothing is designed to help reduce unwanted undressing and access to nappies, continence products, feeding tubes, and medical devices. For many families, carers, and support providers, Wonsie garments have proven to be highly effective and have made a significant difference to daily care routines.

However, every individual is different. The effectiveness of any garment will depend on factors such as the person's strength, dexterity, determination, mobility, cognitive ability, and familiarity with clothing fastenings.

While our garments are designed to make self-undressing more difficult, we cannot guarantee that every individual will be unable to remove or bypass the garment. Some people may still find ways to access zippers, press studs, clothing openings, or continence products despite the adaptive features.

For this reason, Wonsie products should be considered a supportive aid rather than a guaranteed solution. We recommend trialing the most appropriate style for the individual's needs and continuing appropriate supervision and care practices where required.

Why does my basic bodysuit garment look different from the photo?

Our bodysuits are designed with a unique shape that may look different when laid flat compared to when they are worn. In particular, the leg shape and body proportions can appear unusual off the body.

We recommend trying the garment on to see the intended fit, as the design is shaped to provide comfort, coverage, and functionality when worn.
