We’re proud to be a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) — supporting Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, their families, and carers to live fuller lives.

🛒 How to Order Using NDIS Funding

Whether your NDIS plan is Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, or Agency-Managed, you can easily order Wonsie products. Here’s how:

Step 1: Add your chosen Wonsie products to your cart.

Step 2: On the cart page, click the green button: “YES – Are you NDIS Plan or Agency Managed?”

Step 3: Fill out the NDIS Order Form and submit it.
You'll receive confirmation on-screen and receive a confirmation email.

Step 4: We’ll email an invoice to you and/or your Plan Manager within 2 business days.
Didn’t hear from us? Please contact sales@wonsie.com.au.

Step 5: We ship your order once payment is received.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Agency-Managed orders: Only eligible for exchanges (no refunds), due to NDIS fund processing rules.

  • All other orders: Eligible for exchange under our regular returns policy. 

Additional Information Based on Your Claim Method

  • Agency Managed:
    We claim directly via the NDIS Provider Portal (PRODA).
    👉 Ensure Wonsie Pty Ltd (Provider #4050130800) is listed as an approved provider on your plan (especially if you’re a PACE participant).

  • Plan Managed:
    We email the invoice to your Plan Manager (and CC you). 
    Your order ships once payment is received.

  • Self-Managed (Direct Claims):
    Place your order on our website and use your confirmation email/invoice to claim reimbursement from the NDIS. Alternatively you can also request an invoice via our form.
