Wonsie is proud to be a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS supports Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, along with their families and carers, by helping them live a better life.

The majority of our products fall under the categories of ‘Modified and Adaptive Clothing’ and ‘Products to Manage Incontinence’ as outlined in the 2024 NDIS Inclusion document (page 8) under Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety.

How to Order with NDIS Funding

You can purchase Wonsie products using your NDIS Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, or Agency-Managed plan. Here’s how:

✅ Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart
Choose your Wonsie products and head to your cart.

✅ Step 2: Select the NDIS Option
On the cart page, click the green button:
“YES – Are you NDIS Plan or Agency Managed?”

✅ Step 3: Complete the NDIS Order Form
Fill in your details and submit the form. You'll receive confirmation on-screen.

✅ Step 4: We Process Your Order
We’ll email you (and/or your Plan Manager) with an invoice within 2 business days. If you don’t hear from us, please contact sales@wonsie.com.au.

✅ Step 5: Dispatch
Your order is shipped once payment is received.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note: NDIS-funded items via Agency Management can only be exchanged (no refunds) due to how funds are processed. All other orders are eligible for exchange under our policy.

Additional Information Based on Your Claim Method

  • Agency Managed:
    We claim directly through the NDIS Provider portal (PRODA). Make sure Wonsie Pty Ltd (NDIS Provider #4050130800) is approved in your PACE profile.

  • Plan Managed:
    We email the invoice to your Plan Manager (and cc you). Orders ship after payment is received.

  • Self-Managed (Direct Claims):
    You can order directly on our website and use the invoice from your confirmation email to submit your claim.
