Wonsie Photo Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your photo(s) to Wonsie ("Company," "we," "us," "our") for consideration to be featured on our social media accounts, website and other marketing materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your photo(s). By participating in this submission, you agree to be bound by these Terms and affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

  1. Eligibility:
    This submission is open to individuals who have purchased and own an item purchased from www.wonsie.com.au or our Wonsie store on ETSY. The person featured in the photo must be wearing an item from the Wonsie product range. 
     
  1. Photo Submission Requirements:
  • The submitted photo must clearly feature at least one item from the Wonsie product range being worn by the participant.
  • The photo must be appropriate by social media standards and must not contain anything which may be deemed illicit or offensive.
  • Participants may only enter once.
  • Participants must provide answers to the following questions upon submission:
  1. Why do you like wearing Wonsie products?
  2. Tell us something about yourself which makes you one-of-a-kind.

 

  1. How to Submit:
    Entries must be submitted via our form provided by Wonsie on our official website or as directed through our social media channels. You must fill in all required fields and attach your photo according to the instructions provided.

    Please note: Although we will do our best to feature as many submissions as possible on our social media accounts, entering the photo sharing promotion does not guarantee that your submission will be featured.

  1. 10% Discount Offer:
  • All valid entries will be rewarded with a 10% discount code (excludes delivery) which is unique to each customer. This voucher can be redeemed:
    1. on our offical website (www.wonsie.com.au).
    2. on an NDIS invoiced order - must be advised at the time of invoice request. 
  • This discount is not transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • The prize can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.

 

  1. Grant of Rights:
  • By submitting a photo, you grant Wonsie and its agents an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the submitted photo(s) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any Wonsie marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the full legal right, power, and authority to grant the license provided for in these Terms and that the submitted photo(s) do not infringe the rights of any third party.

 

  1. Participant Representations:
  • You affirm that you are the sole and exclusive owner of the photo(s) and that the photo(s) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or moral rights of any third party.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonsie and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and assignees against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these representations and warranties.

 

  1. General Conditions:
  • Wonsie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the submission process for any reason whatsoever without any prior notice.
  • Wonsie is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this submission process.

 

  1. Data Protection:
    Any personal information submitted in connection with your photo will be used in accordance with Wonsie's Privacy Policy and may include contacting you for purposes related to your submission and/or to inform you of your 10% voucher code. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Governing Law:
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

 By submitting your photo(s) to Wonsie, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You understand that you are providing your information to Wonsie and not to any third party. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms on which it may be promoted.
